一、overview

The fluctuation range of flue gas temperature, dust concentration, and moisture content of a dryer is large, especially with high dew point temperature of the flue gas. A dryer often dries multiple materials, and the dust properties change frequently. The flue gas is corrosive, and the dryer is constantly on and off, which brings great difficulties to the dust removal of the dryer. The dust removal of the dryer has become a difficult problem for cement plants. Currently, the commonly used dust collectors on the dryer include high-voltage electrostatic precipitators and fiberglass anti blowing bag type dust collectors. These two types of dust collectors have large volume and high investment, and there is an urgent need to develop a new, practical, and reliable dust removal equipment for the dryer.
