Inventory order verification

The order coordinator verifies the model, quantity, and accessories of the equipment ordered by the customer in detail according to the sales contract to ensure that the stock matches the order perfectly

Equipment factory quality inspection

After the production system completes the equipment production, the quality inspector strictly checks and records each item according to the quality inspection details to ensure the quality of each equipment to be installed

Scientific packaging and transportation

We adopt professional packaging and modular solutions in equipment packing and packaging to ensure safe and non-destructive delivery of equipment

Professional installation, debugging, and operation to ensure successful acceptance of the production line

According to customer needs, the installation engineer will provide full guidance on the construction of on-site infrastructure, equipment installation and commissioning, and the trial operation of the entire production line. When the relevant project indicators meet the design standards, the customer shall issue a project acceptance certificate.

Installation preparation stage

Check and confirm the purchase order, count the required components of the equipment, and conduct acceptance checks on elevations, geometric dimensions, etc. according to the drawings

Mechanical equipment installation stage

Based on the design drawings, carry out on-site installation planning and gradually start installing mechanical equipment and related supporting equipment

Mechanical equipment trial operation stage

Further inspect the equipment and conduct debugging and maintenance before and after use to ensure that the operating characteristics of the equipment meet the needs of production

Equipment installation and acceptance stage

The factory certificate and inspection report of the main materials in the design documents, as well as equipment information (such as manuals, certificates, etc.)
