Product Introduction：

1. Long service life and not easy to peel off: Generally speaking, the roller life of the roller press machine is short, mostly due to problems caused by cracking and peeling during use. Our company has conducted special professional research on this issue and developed a special high-strength and high toughness alloy to achieve the goal that if the roller presses on a hard object not larger than 30mm, only imprints will be left without cracking or peeling.

2. Different wear-resistant materials are used for different raw materials: if the roller press is used on raw materials, cement, and slag, the service life will vary depending on the characteristics of the raw materials. Our company develops different wear-resistant materials based on the characteristics of different raw materials to ensure the service life of the rollers.

3. The use of sleeve technology: Customers do not need to purchase the entire roller when replacing it, only the sleeve needs to be replaced. In addition, our company also researches special sleeve technology, which allows customers to easily replace it on site.

4. By using special alloy steel as the material for rollers or roller sleeves, there is no need for special high-temperature operations during on-site welding repairs, which shortens the on-site operation time. When pressing hard objects to peel off, there will be no deep peeling (≥ 50mm) phenomenon, only surface peeling (≤ 30mm).
